StudentReach Connected Coaching Director position description:

The position of coaching director for StudentReach is a non-employee, full-time position (part-time could be possible) that is suitable for a person who is passionate about working with students, speaking in front of people, networking for position growth and is extremely self-motivated.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading small groups in public schools with High School students (Award-winning program content is provided)
  • Recruiting Volunteers
  • Networking for recruitment and fundraising
  • Administrative tasks associated with program development
  • Working with school administrations
  • Training volunteers, teachers, etc. to implement program goals
  • Recruiting students for international volunteer trips and leading trips
  • Leading volunteer trips internationally with uReach
  • Advance and grow program (training and assistance provided)
  • Updating program content and producing new content
  • Leading school presentation program
  • Serving the StudentReach/uReach team in other areas

Compensation:

  • Competitive compensation package varies according to program growth, contracts, and incentives, and requires fundraising for program sustainability through monthly sustaining donors, grants, and major gifts (fundraising tools and training provided)
