Booking

Thank you for your consideration of our school assembly program. We are excited about the possibility of Students Listening intently at the D13D Assembly working with your faculty, staff and administration to improve the lives of students in your school. In addition to challenging students about the importance of the choices that they make, we also encourage them to seek mentors in their lives and we work with mentoring organizations already in your community and work with other community organizations to recruit more mentors for long-term positive change in the lives of students.

We look forward to working with you to reach the hearts and minds of the students in your community.

Financial Considerations

StudentReach is a registered 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation and our model of efficient funding keeps budgets tight and lean.

A DayOne3D presentation involves original and exclusive media, innovative technology and experienced skilled communicators. The costs involved are extensive, but StudentReach makes the DayOne3D program a cost-effective shared investment in students that is affordable for any school.

While there is no school presentation quite like DayOne3D, the costs of such a unique presentation would be extensive. Speaker fees would be $2000, equipment rental fees would be $2000-$6000, and 3D glasses would cost $1-$2 per student. But StudentReach wants to invest in your students . . .

For far less than you'd pay other presenters, StudentReach will present for multiple groups of students in the same school on the same day in the same facility. This represents a savings of thousands of dollars per presentation.

Give us a call at 707.333.9089 or shoot an e-mail and we can quickly get you an idea of exactly what it will cost and you'll be surprized how afforadable it is to have us come.

Like you, StudentReach believes in students and we are, along with our partners, are willing to make that investment.

For schools facing financial difficulties, StudentReach can, in some circumstances, offer grants to reduce that cost further. We want to reach the hearts and minds of students with you and we are committed to working with you to overcome any difficulties in doing so.

Thank you for your attention of these considerations. Please contact us with any specific questions or concerns.
